Sean Frazer's Top 5 Albums

1. Green Day - 'Dookie'

"It all starts here. I remember watching Billie Joe on TV strumming chords to 'When I Come Around' in the pouring rain at Woodstock '94. That was the moment I knew I wanted to play guitar. The excitement of playing music never left me from that day. 'Sassafras Roots' and 'Pulling Teeth' are all time.

2. Blink 182 - 'Enema of the State'

"This record is a lesson in song structure, simplicity is king. I still try and emulate my songwriting like this. A polished album start to finish, so many incredible hooks, not just vocally with the harmonies and leads, but with the riffs too. Travis Barker is also a freak of nature"

3. Millencolin - 'Pennybridge Pioneers'

"I feel like PennyBridge is their Greatest Hits record. A smash hit for the Swedes and it's not hard to see why. I like the cool octave chord work from Eric and Mathias and the guitar sounds. I feel like it is the perfect punk rock album."

4. The Menzingers - 'Hello Exile'

"Probably my favourite band at the moment. I thought their After The Party album was a cracker, but this one takes the cake. Catchy and melodic, the lyrics are well crafted, I love the feel and emotion of this record."

5. New Found Glory - 'Sticks and Stones'

"A nostalgic favourite, this record reminds me of some of the best times in my life. A band that has kept the pop punk legacy going for decades. Songs like 'My Friends Over You and 'Understatement', it's rare to capture that kind of energy on tape"
